- 6 x 1 hour 1-to-1 coaching calls, every second or third week, online on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Skype.
- Clear priorities, timely actions and new habits for you to focus and reflect on, so this coaching intervention has both short- and long-term impact.
- Ongoing support and cheerleading from me throughout the program.
